Please read before submitting this form:

• Un-install the extension before you submit this form.
• We will give you a refund only if you purchased in the past 10 days
• We handle refunds only on Mondays (for the previous week)!
• We don't give refunds for packages as CLEARLY specified on our satisfaction guaratee terms. If you are unhappy with ONE of the package products, we can give you a refund for this product minus the discount. DO NOT ASK FOR REFUND FOR PACKAGES.
• IF we feel that you are trying to abuse our refund policy, we will not accept any refunds request from you in the future.
