What kind of subscription plans do you offer?

We offer two types of subscription plans:

  • One-Year Subscription – You get support and access to upgrades for one year. Once the year is over, you’ll be able to renew your subscription at a discount of 40% off. To get this discount, please click the renew button on the "My Downloads" Page.
  • For Life – You get support and upgrades for life. If you buy this plan, you’ll never have to purchase this product again.

Note: For both plans, the support is for the registered domain only, but you can install the extension on any domain.

Do I get upgrades to Joomla 1.7 versions when you have them?

Yes, all the upgrades are free for up to one year (or for life if you purchased the life subscription).

Do you support Joomla 1.7?

Here’s the status of the Joomla 1.7 development (updated November 7, 2011).

  • iJoomla SEO – Released
  • iJoomla Surveys – Released
  • iJoomla Ad Agency – Released
  • iJoomla Guru – Released
  • iJoomla DigiStore – Should be available as of March 2012
  • iJoomla News Portal and iJoomla Magazine – Will not be converted to Joomla 1.7 – a new extension iJoomla Publisher will replace both.
  • iJoomla Search and Archive – Will not be converted to Joomla 1.7
  • iJoomla RSS – Will not be converted to Joomla 1.7

Can I install my extension on more than one domain?

Yes, you can. However, we only provide support on the domain you register with us.

Are your extensions released under the GPL license?

Yes, as of September 30, 2010, all of our extensions are released under the GPL license. Please read our licensing page for more information.

What if I don’t like my extension? Can I get my money back?

Yes, we offer a money back guarantee. You have 90 days to try it out. However, before you ask for a refund, please post a ticket and describe your problem. Our team is eager to help you with any issues or questions you may have. We want you to enjoy our products!

I want to buy more than one product. Can I get a discount?

If you wish to buy more than one extension, you can buy a bundle for a discount.  You can save $40-$150 when you buy a bundle.

How long do I have to wait to get my extension after I buy it?

As soon as you purchase it, you’ll be redirected to your downloads page where you can instantly download your extension. You will not have to wait for us to approve your payment or wait for an e-mail from us. 

Do I get free upgrades and support?

Yes, you get free upgrades and support for the time of your subscription. Once your subscription expires, you’ll still be able to use the extension but you’ll have to buy a new subscription in order to get upgrades or support. 

How do I download an upgrade?

You can download the latest version at any time by going to "My Downloads" page.

Can I make changes to the code?

Yes, the code is open and you can make any changes you want. Please note, we do not support modified code. If you know what you’re doing, go for it. 

How do I download my extension?

Right after your payment is received, you’ll be taken to the download page and you should see your license there. If, for some reason, you’re not taken there, please login to our site. On the top menu, you’ll see a link to “My Account/Downloads.” Click on it and enter your domain to download the extension. You can also click here to access the downloads page. If you still can’t see your license, please wait five minutes and refresh the page. And if you still can’t see it, please contact us

Do you support PHP 5.3?

Yes. Currently all of our extensions work with PHP 5.3. 

I need an invoice for my purchase

If you need to obtain an invoice for your purchase from us, simply click on My account/Downloads   and click on My Orders / Invoices.

What are the Requirements of iJoomla extensions?

In order to iJoomla extensions to work properly, you need to have the following requirements:

  • Joomla installed.
  • Sage mode must be OFF.
  • MySQL Version 4.1 or above (5.0 or above for Joomla 1.5 components).
  • PHP Version 5.0 or above for Joomla 1.5 components
  • For iJoomla News Portal, iJoomla Magazine and iJoomla Search and Archive, you’ll need GD libraries.

I can’t see my download when I got to “My Downloads ” page.

You may have more than one user account with us and you’re using the wrong one to login. You need to log in with the correct user name. If you don’t know what it is, try to remember which E-Mail address you used when purchasing an extension and use our “Forgot Password” page to retrieve both your username and password. If you still can’t see your license, please send us an e-mail
