When I go to "my license" page, I can't see my license
You probably have more than one user account with
us, and you are using the wrong one to login. You need to login with the correct
user name. If you don't know what it is, try to remember which email address you
used when purchasing and use our "forgot password" page to retrieve both your
user name and password.
How do I download my extension?
Normally, right after your payment, you should be
taken to the download page, and you should see your license there. If for some
reason you are not taken there, please login to our site and on the top right
side, you will see a download button, click on it, and enter your domain to
download the extension. You can also click here to access your license
page.
If you still can't see your license, please contact
us.
