We purchased iJoomla Surveys on Friday so please forgive me if this is an easy/obvious fix, but we're trying to send users directly to the survey and hide the title from them.

Basically, we are going to mass-email the survey link and when they click it, we want it to send them directly to the introduction page (and not the survey selection menu. If we can't send them straight in to the first page, is there a way we can remove the branding/change the look of the survey selection manue? For example, it says 'iJoomla Surveys' at the top, followed by '# Survey Name'. We would want to dump this information and have it so that it is just a hyperlink to get them started.

Also, as the user is going through their survey, we do not want the survey name and description to follow them at the center/top of each page. Is there a way to disable this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

In survey's page manager you will see a link with the URL for each survey you have listed there.

You can use this link on your newsletters or to avoid the survey list on frontend.

Let me know if it fit your needs.

Ricardo,

Unfortunately, that did not work. We are using the Survey Link (which looks like this: index.php?option=com_surveys&Itemid=517&survey=1:test) to pass the user in. However, this still takes them to the survey list; even though we only have one survey. We either want to bypass this altogether or remove all of the extra text so that all they see is the hyperlinked survey name.

Also, we need to remove the survey name/description from all of the pages. Is this possible?

Please disregards. I've found that I can alter the language files, the CSS, and the actual 'helpers' php files to achieve the desired results. If there is an easier way, I'm all ears... but this is working for me so far.

Great, about the title you could remove it hacking the code or leave an empty space in the survey name.

To get your users straight to the survey, without seeing the survey-name you can use a link like
index.php/component/surveys/your_survey_...y?Itemid=your_itemid

At least that worked for me
