Hi,
It seems that since I have upgraded to version 3.0.10, that the Skip Actions are not working properly anymore.
All pages except the 1st are not skipped when they should, and the first is skipped when it should not.
I.e. the 1st that is subject to Skip action is never shown, the others that are subject to skip actions are always shown.

I use Skip not Jump, as I have a sort of start page with 5 questions, and based on those responses I skip one or more pages. In that approach I do not want to use Jump action, but Skip action.

Please advise.

We didn't touch anything related to this tool in that version.

I have de same problem.

The skip actions don't work, it jumps always to the next page and ignore de skip action.

can you help?

I couldn't replicate this error with the latest version. Please submit a support ticket and we wil take a look at the settings.

Hi,

I already replied the ticket. The problem is that in Page 1 you have a rule if the reply is Yes to go to Page 2. If the reply is not Yes the survey will continue to Page 2. So, always you will go to Page 2.
