It worked once, but when I try to load a second ad to the site from the front end, it simply will not save. see attached screenshot. Is this a bug?

And I just tried to add it from the admin and I got even more strange results.AA allowed me to upload the ad and change/ad all data but when it saved it changed the title and the target url to the data from the first ad, and displays the new ad in the new position, but the first ad has now disappeared. So instead of adding a new ad it has actually changed the data of the first ad to the new data. And only the newly changed first ad shows up in the list of ads. Is this a bug?

I just installed the "fix" It did allow me to add an ad from the admin, but it is still not working from the front end of the site.
