Hi Merav, Ricardo and Alin. Monday was two weeks ago.

Where can I hack these settings on the Properties Tab of a Text Ad?

Title: Font Color, Font Weight
Body: Font Color, Font Weight
Action Text: Font Color: Font Weight
Background Color

Thank you,
Keith

Hello,

You can find those settings in the following file, lines 253 - 329:

administrator\components\com_adagency\views\adagencytextlink\view.html.php

Thank you Alin.

Because my template is not a white background, I have to set these values.

Title: Font Color, Font Weight
Body: Font Color, Font Weight
Action Text: Font Color: Font Weight
Background Color

It looks like I can set default Font Weights on lines 314-316, but where can I set Font Color and Background Color?

Thank you for your help,
Keith

Better to just set this values from the backend, when editing the text ad, from the properties tab.

Great answer Alin, but from a customer's point of view, I would say that your software is missing some basic default values.

You use a white background on your site. The defaults work okay. But everyone who wants to match their web branding, whether it's on a white background or some other color scheme has to change the settings for every single text ad.

You can't make money on things that end-clients can't do on their own and therefore take a lot of support time. THIS IS THE POINT.

Best,
Keith

We will add this, it's a good idea. For now, the easiest way to do this, is simply duplicate an ad that already have the settings the way you like them.
