Hi,
I have several advertisers for whom I ended their campaigns by "pausing" them instead of waiting for them to expire (I did this for valid reasons). However, they are still receiving weekly report emails with meaningless (and incorrect) data. They still receive these reports even though I have:
1) "Paused" their campaigns,
2) Set the status of their campaigns to "declined", and
3) Deselected all of the report options from their advertiser profiles ("Daily Report", "Weekly Report", etc.)
What is going on?
I do not want to delete their campaigns, because doing so would lose all the campaign data. I cannot disable all report emails because my active advertisers still need to receive them.
Any help is appreciated.
