Hi,
I read on iJoomla website that:
Available for Joomla 1.5 only! New extension for Joomla 2.5 coming August 2012
magazine.ijoomla.com/

1. Is it a new extension altogether, so I have to pay for it again?
Or it is an upgrade for iJoomla?


2. Will this new extension have the feature of "author box" that ijoomla has?
You know, the box with author bio and pic at the end of the article?


I'd appreciate if I can get the answers, because I'm migrating my site soon, and I need to make some decisions.

Hi Hayatt,

I'm sorry but we will not release a J! 2.5 version of this extension. Instead we will release a new extension called Publisher. It will have features from iJoomla Magazine and iJoomla News Portal.

It will be released in 2 months aprox.

We didn't decide the Publisher price. If you are an iJoomla News Portal or iJoomla Magazine owner probably you will get a discount to purchase Publisher.
