I see the Students area where I can find a list of them. And I see the Orders area where I can see a list of them. But what about a list of what students are in what class? It used to say the number of students next to the course name but now that I installed the latest version, it no longer tells me how many students are enrolled in each class.

Please tell me there is some place where I can easily get data from.

Hi,

At this point is not possible to do this. In future releases we will try to include that kind of info in course list.

It would be a valuable feature.

Why was the number of students listed before but then I installed the latest version and it's no longer there? Having a report would be awesome, but just having this simple number listed beside the course would suffice for now. Is there a way to get it back?

What do you mean it's not there? Go to courses and under "Students" you will see a number. Click on the number of students to see the list of all the students in this class.

I have no idea where you're telling me to go. When I go to the courses, it used to have students after the category. There's no longer any number there.

If I go to students, all it does is give me a list of students. That doesn't do me any good. If I go to orders, all it gives me is the following:

I don't really need that info because I get it on my PayPal receipts.

What I need in order to keep my accounting books under control is a list or a report that says here's Class A and a list of all the students in it, or at least a number of students so I can go hunting for them.

Otherwise, I have to click on every order to figure out what class they're taking. We have a pricing tier so there are many classes in each price range.

I'll be very happy if I'm missing something but I haven't found anything that will help me yet.

Kate,

Like I told you before, your Guru version is totally out of date. You have version 2.0.9 but the latest version is 2.1.7. If you look our change log, you will see that this feature was added on Version 2.1.0.

guru.ijoomla.com/change-log17/

It makes zero sense to report bugs and issues on anything but the last version. Please upgrade your Guru, it's easy, just download it and install it on TOP of current installation.
