Creation of more than one store by website members

Can you use digistore to create more than one store by the members of the site?

I'm looking for something that will allow my members to create their own store (for products or downloads) where i'll be able to take in a percentage of the proceeds for offering the store option. They would be in charge of the backend and products etc.

I do not want my members to have access to my backend joomla, i just want them to have full operating and reporting access to their own digistore.

Is something like this possible?
