I have logged a recent support request, awaiting an answer.
I have noticed that if you setup a Flash based AD, and you click on this AD. No problem. The destination URL for this Flash AD follows though, and the click is registered.
HOWEVER.
If you have a JPG based ad, (Possibly also .GIF and PNG), as per another thread in the support forum, when you or your viewers click on the link, the popup, or "same frame" re-direction fails to follow through.
It appears the link activates the Ad Agency software, but IE and Mozilla returns a connection error, as if your internet connection was not working. I have no idea why it only affects "Standard" Based Ads..
I am not sure if this affects other types of ADS, But I know Flash is NOT affected.
I have only just bought their product, and have been using the News Portal for some time. Very happy with it thus far.
I'm sure the developers will get back to me and others about the problem, but I feel it is important to list the description of the problem clearly for all to easily find.
