Meta dates are delete after change settings!

Well I as more and more I discover this tool as more bugs I find and for a purchased element not acceptable. Her comes the feeling at least in Open source modules the talk to each other.

I have updated all meta tags with the iJoomla SEO, well after a wile I find out that I have to set in the configuration that the have to be a little longer well 2 clicks done. Not at all the meta tags setting is changed but also the meta’s are gone. What a disappointing issue.  And the worst I deletes the one I have set even before I have installed iJoomla SEO

Well ok fill in again, an other change I did in the settings again several meta’s are missing again SEO in don’t thinks so maybe we change it in SFD (Super Fast Deleting)

Be side issue many sites as we do be RC-Hobbyware we use joomfish for Multilanguage site to even that manages this tool.

I hope this is fixed immediately

Hi,
I´m using the extension on many sites and I couldn´t reproduct this error. Please submit a support ticket and grant us Joomla! backend access. I think it could be a problem during the installation process. But we will need to take a look at this.

Sorry we (RC-Hobbyware) have the policy that we do not give any Costumer informatons to any one and have access to the backend is for sure a leak, but I can provide the files you like, you tell me witch and I download them for you and send it to you.
