Top, Leading showing on some sections & Not others?

Hi... odd problem: the Zones Top, Leading are showing on some sections & Not others:

- I've set Main Menu links as iJoomla Section links, yet for some reason it isn't showing Top & Leading zones - I thought this was an issue with the Layout till I realised that other sections WERE displaying these zones:
