Invalid argument in route.php on line 106 -- can't display home page

I am getting the same error message described in this post:

which is: "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/site/components/com_content/helpers/route.php on line 106"

I have just installed Magazine. I am running Joomla 1.5.14. I host on GoDaddy and the installation was done with their hosting application control panel. In the previous post this was mentioned as a J! bug -- I don't understand why that would not be up to date with my installation.

Right now, Magazine is useless to me if I can't get these errors to stop appearing on my front page.... (http://minuscule.carolingia.net)
