Download Problems

Hi

Bought multiple items from you this morning.

Problems:

The payment timed out howver appear to have transacted OK...

The payment resulted in us seemingly purchasing 3 times what we need.

Initially, the licences we're visible to us in the download area.

When we tried to download, they all disappeared and we are now told that we don't have any licences.

We have three emails confirming purchase.

We need to get to work on the iJoomla components over the weekend.

Three identical orders have different prices - 1 @$489 and 2 @ $405.91

Importantly need the software now! And we need to resolve the billing issues.
