Advertisers unable to login

I've already submitted a ticket because advertisers cannot create accounts, but even if I add the account manually and enable it, the advertiser still cannot log in. There are no errors, it just redirects to the front page with the user id and password fields blank.

Is there some setting I'm missing or is there some permissions that need to be set somewhere?

Hi.

I'm having what sounds to be the same issue.

A user who is registered on my site registers to be an advertiser.  All good.  They get the email message once I've confirmed them.

When they're logged into the site and go to add a banner, they get the error message:


You must login with your advertiser account before accessing the advertisers pages.

I should mention that I handling site registration with Community Builder...
