I cannot get the component installed. I get the following screen with the error 404 Component Not Found

It creates a menu item in the admin area but I still get that error if I use it. If I disable the component in the component management area and then re-enable it I can get into it but I am not able to save any settings as the Apply, Save and Close buttons do not function.

I am using Joomla 3.7.5
The file I used to install was com_adagency_pro_60.16-[06.09.2017].zip

I'm somewhat unimpressed after purchasing the component and only then find out you don;t even have a ticketing system from problem just a forum.
