Hello,
I've got a problem with access to Guru courses, which hasn't been solved yet. Each newly registered user faces the same situation: once they have registered, a message appears "your cart is empty" and the system tells them to go shopping. But once they've clicked on that button, there is no shopping page where they could enter their promocode, but the system redirects them to the course on Guru. But when the user wants to get access to specific lessons and clicks on them, they cannot get that access and a user registration window appears with the request to registrate and so on and so on.
One of the moderators - Alin - replied to me that he had created three users and for each of them he had been able to could get the access to the course, but with me it doesn't work - I tried from four different devices and locations and the same problem reoccured.
Can anyone check it for me?
Thank you in advance
Regards

Can I suggest turning off the Cache function in Joomla< as I don't get this issue with our Guru courses and new users.

Thanks

Cześć Gosia.

Could you check site credentials? I can't log in to backend.

Cześć Gosia.

Hmmm, browser caching issue... I'm afraid that we can't do much about it. I myself experienced them with JomSocial so finally moved to Opera.

But I assign our developer to at least take a look.

Cześć,
I suppose you've removed those credentials from the forum, haven't you? Cause we can't see them posted openly. If you have, thank you very much. Furtunately, this is a new site and we haven't posted much there so far:-)
As for our main problem, we've cleaned up cache files on Firefox and Chrome browsers and now the access to courses works on those two browsers and on Opera it worked without the need to clean anything.
The problem is that whenever a new user wants to register, they will have to clean up cache files on their browser, but they may not be aware of this need and the access should work without the necessity to clean up the browser. We've got other Joomla sites on our server and we don't have this kind of problems there.
Could you check the problem taking it into account? Maybe we've set up something wrong and it's our fault.
Best regards
Gosia

Cześć Gosia.

Oh, ! You posted your site and FTP credentials openly so everyone could see them!
Please, change them ASAP!

Then provide us new credentials - I'll investigate as well.
