Just because a customer makes a payment doesn't mean the selling process is over (well, not if you're smart about it). You must keep selling the product even after the payment posts and the product is delivered. That's why iJoomla DigiStore enables you to send customers a follow-up email for each product, in addition to the general order confirmation email they get.

It's very important that you make people feel they've made the right decision buying from you. Why?
