Do I have to re-enter all my content in order to use it on the magazine?

No! iJoomla Magazine allows you to use your existing content. You won't need to re-enter any content. When you add articles to your magazine, you will be asked to choose the article from your existing list of content items.

What are the layouts available for iJoomla Magazine issues?

There are 12 layouts available by default and you can add as many as you want as well.

What knowledge do I need before I start my magazine?

In order to get started building your magazine, you will need Intermediate Joomla knowledge:

  • Installation of components/modules.
  • Creating items,
  • publishing items etc.
  • If you're just starting with Joomla, this may not be a good place to start. Come back in a month or two when you're more comfortable with the Joomla software.

I don't need a magazine, just a better layout and style for my site. Can I use iJoomla Magazine?

Yes, many of our customers don't use iJoomla Magazine for magazine development. Our component is a content management tool suitable for many applications. Our product is flexible and portable.

Can I use other components on the same site as iJoomla magazine?

iJoomla Magazine can be used alongside other components without a problem. We can't guarantee we will be 100% compatible with all the components out there though. If you encounter a problem, please let us know by opening a support ticket.

How long does it take to create my magazine?

That depends on how fast you are at creating the magazines, issues and images. It also depends on how many issues and magazines you need to create.

Can I use the magazine component on more than one domain?

Yes, however we will provide support only to the domain name you've registered.

Does iJoomla Magazine come with templates?

No, we don't provide templates because iJoomla Magazine works with ANY template (and we're not in the template business.) If you don't already have a template, visit our Joomla template directory.

Do I get free support?

Yes, our staff will be happy to help you with any problem you might have related to iJoomla Magazine. We will try respond to all support tickets within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. You must register to our support system before you can post a support ticket. You must be an existing customer to be able to register and use our support system.

Does iJoomla Magazine come with other languages than English?
