"The component: it's easy to install, setup and use and does what it says. For me it turned what was a very boring Joomla site into a much more interesting entertainment industry news portal. And since upgrades are free in perpetuity we look forward to the new features the team have promised -- all for a once-off purchase. Incredible!

The company: The news portal is good, but put it together with their Magazine, SideBars and Scroller and you start to get a genuine news solution. It's great to find a company that clearly has set out to provide solutions for customers, not components. Big difference.

The support: My first Joomla transaction was with a template provider (I won't name them but it wasn't the excellent team RocketTheme), whose response to what I now know to be a common problem with templates breaking was pretty much "bad luck, that's the way Joomla is". Funny thing, as an aside, is that the RocketTheme templates never broke with the same content. ANYHOW, iJoomla have provided THE BEST customer service I have ever received, anywhere. Attentive, timely, genuinely caring and they've been prepared to get their components to work on my site.

The wrap: I know nada about HTML, CSS or website design. These guys make it possible to compete with the big boys and that's an incredible thing. "
