FAQ:
1. I can't see my license, where did it go?
You may have more than one user account with us, and you are using
the wrong one to login. Please enter the email address you used to
purchase on this page to retrieve the correct username and password.
2. I don't see the subdomain box anymore, where can I enter my subdomains?
We've improved the way it works so now the package you download will
work on any sub domains and any sub directory, that means you don't
need to download a package for every sub domain. Just download the
package and use the same one for every sub domain.
3. I'm having a license/ionCube problem, what should I do?
Please read this article
carefully, if you're still having a problem, please post a support
ticket with this problem. We may have a large volume of tickets this
weekend, so please be patient.
4. Am I going to lose any information when I upgrade?
No, you will not lose any information such as issues, magazine, news
settings, surveys, etc. That being said, creating a backup before
upgrading is always a good idea.
Note: iJoomla Survyes users, please save the CSS before upgrading (settings->CSS).
5. What happens if I don't upgrade?
Well, it's really up to you but we are trying to ensure you have the
most secured version on your site, and to avoid the possibility of
hacking. There is no reason to not upgrade, so please do.
6. I upgraded and now I have a problem, what should I do?
Rarely, an unforeseen problem can occur while upgrading, please post a
support ticket and we will help you. Keep in mind that this is the
weekend and it may take us a little longer than usual to respond.
7. What about iJoomla SideBars?
We've checked iJoomla SideBars and didn't find a need to release a new version, no need to upgrade SideBars at this time.
