Ever wanted to place a module inside an article? Joomla by itself won't let you. But now you can, thanks to the Module SideBar feature of iJooma SideBars. The possibilities are almost endless - for instance, you could include the latest forum posts, display an image gallery, or even play a video. Just specify the module position, add the appropriate SideBar tag... and you're done.
How to create a module SideBar:
To create a SideBar containing a module, first select Modules->Site Modules from the drop-down menu.
Open the module you'd like to display, publish it and choose a position.
Note: If you choose a module position that's already in use elsewhere on the site -- like "left" -- the SideBar may display a module previously assigned to that location. Its usually safer to use one of the less frequently used module positions -- like advert1, advert2 -- or to create your own module position.
Next, select Components->iJoomla SideBars and click New on the SideBars Manager.
Enter the SideBar name and a heading to show on the SideBar if you wish.
Choose a style and select module as the "type" of SideBar.
You will now see a list of all the positions to which a module is currently assigned. Choose the module position you'd like to use and Save.
The SideBar's tag will now be displayed on the SideBar Manager.
Copy the tag and use it on any article you'd like to show this SideBar on
