I need an invoice for my purchase

If you need to obtain an invoice for your purchase from us, simply click on My account/Downloads on the top most menu, and then click on My Orders / Invoices.

 

Do you support Joomla 1.5?

Yes, all our products now work with Joomla 1.5 with legacy mode ON or OFF. You can purchase our 1.5 extensions here.
 

What are the Requirements of iJoomla extensions?

In order for iJoomla extensions to work properly, you need to have the following requirements:
  • Joomla Installed
  • Safe mode  must be OFF
  • Magic quotes gpc must be ON
  • Short open tags must be ON
  • MySql Version 4.1 or above (5.0 or above for Joomla 1.5 components)
  • PHP Version 5.0 or above for Joomla 1.5 components
  • Ioncube installed or installable
    For iJoomla News Portal and iJoomla Search & Archive:

    • GD libraries

I have a question about licensing and domains

When you purchase a product from us, you get a license to use it on one development domain and one live (production) domain. If you want to use the product on other domains, you can purchase additional licenses for a 20% discount.
 

How do I download my extension?

Normally, right after your payment, you should be taken to the download page, and you should see your license there. If for some reason you are not taken there, please login to our site and on the bottom right side, you will see a link to "my licences/downloads", click on it, and enter your domain to download the extension.  You can also click here to access your license page.
 
If you still can't see your licenses, please wait 5 minutes, and refresh the page. If you still can't see it, please contact us.

 

 

When I go to "my license" page, I can't see my license

You probably have more than one user account with us, and you are using the wrong one to login. You need to login with the correct user name. If you don't know what it is, try to remember which email address you used when purchasing and use our "forgot password" page to retrieve both your user name and password.
