I can’t see my download when I got to “My Downloads ” page.
You may have more than one user account with us and you’re using the wrong one to login. You need to log in with the correct user name. If you don’t know what it is, try to remember which E-Mail address you used when purchasing an extension and use our “Forgot Password” page to retrieve both your username and password. If you still can’t see your license, please send us an e-mail.
