Yes! Each Ad Agency zone is also a kind of module and has a module position assigned to it. To add a zone to a sidebar, just choose "Module" as the sidebar type, and select the zone's module position.

Once you create the sidebar, you will see a tag next to the sidebar name. Copy the tag and place it anywhere on your article content. The tag will be replaced by the sidebar.

Yes! Just make sure that you place the iJoomla Sidebar tag lower than the iJoomla Magazine sidebar tag; the magazine sidebar will always appear on top. You can see an example here.
