Assuming you already have different sections and categories as well as content items, all you need to do is to install iJoomla News Portal and create a menu link to it, all your published sections/categories/content items will be displayed. Once you've installed it, you can optionally customize the looks of the different Advanced Style Control System, you can easily change fonts, image sizes, borders, colors, etc. No CSS knowledge is required. If you have basic CSS knowledge you will be able to make changes to the CSS file but this knowledge is not necessary.
