Please go to this folder and check if it's writeable by the server:

Then remove all xml files included there.
Check again and let me know if the problem persists.

I did as you said to me, but I also saw that automatic create files in the folder "xmlfiles" with the permissions to 644.
If I set the file permissions to 755 and shows you do not see the usual error.
I can not understand why a few weeks ago everything was working regularly.
