Is it possible to have {sidebar id=9} on one specific K2 categorie without having to enter manually {sidebar id=9} on articles?

When i choose categorie and don't enter {sidebar id=9} manually my articles will be shown twice on the same page; thats why i ask this question.

Hi,
You will be able to add sidebars automatically only on J! content items. This system will not work with k2. So, if you want to add sidebars to all articles in a specific k2 category you will have to do it manually.

do u mean the whole sidebar system or only adsense works like this.
I read sidebars.ijoomla.com/3rd-party-support/ so to my thinking this was possible. will it be added in the near future as a lot op folks use K2 as default

iJoomla Sidebars is compatible with K2 but is not possible to add sidebars automatically to all k2 items on a specific category. This option is enabled only for J! content items; not for k2 items.
So, you will be able to add sidebars to your k2 items manually.

Thanks for your reply; I'm definitely understand your reply; however and considering the fact that K2 is default for a lot of users would it be even taken into consideration implementing this in the future?
