I could not found an appropriate answer to this question:
When a campaign has ended and the customer wants to renew it for another month or more clicks, where can I or he renew it or how is this done? (I work from the backend).

Currently is not possible to renew a campaign. You will have to create other campaign. Anyway, we will improve this in future releases.
