AdAgency polls the database VERY often to check if an ad is still allowed to be displayed.
Is there a way to lower those checks, they impose a CPU burden on the system and are killing the WebSite.
Zone is set to rotate ads every 10000ms, but the availability of the ad could be checked every minute without blowing the contract. I know that this is less true for pay per click or per 1000 views, but for time-based ads, I would help a lot. This is even truer when the expiration is not near the present time.

I can't, that why I am looking for a solution to lower the pressure on the system.

In this case you will have to ask your hosting provider which kind of plan they can offer you in order to avoid these issues. Probably you will have to hire a dedicated plan.

Nope. Polling on every rotation does more harm than good.
Imposing more resources is NOT the solution.
