Hi everybody,

as lots of other Admins I see a big value in "Backlinks", and compared with "Money" lots of the smaller customers, like little blogs or fanpages, have a big issue in "paying money", they feel much more free in giving a backlink instead of giving money. That´s why I would love to see a new payment-gateway "Pay with backlink".

This can be solved on a really nice structure:

- I would like to see different "ad-types" and a new ad-type called "simple backlink". Customers can simply copy&paste a code that they get into a place on theire website or instad only insert a backlink into their page.

- This "backlink" will be automatically checked by the ad-manager. The ad-manager should show different informations about the ad-place that the customer gave us:

a) If it´s only a simple backlink, it should check the PR of the site, the number of other "outgoing liks" on the same site and the information, if the backlink is wrapped with a "nofollow".

b) If it´s a whole "ad-place", then the code he got from me should be "untouched". And still: PageRang, other outgoing links, nofollow-check and so on.

c) The admin can choose to automatically approve backlink-payments or manually check them. If they are automatic they should also be "unapproved" if a core-value (like nofollow) is removed.

d) All the information should somehow "be valued". Options like "higher pagerank increase the value / lots of outgoing links decrease the value".

e) Another options should be, that he gets value for each klick on the link. So he can be paid "flat", he can be paid per click and so on.

f) The customer can use that "value" for buying ads in Ad-Manager. So this way of "give ads" is another payment-option for the customer in Ad-Manager.

g) Sure: It should be possible, that the Ad-Manager-Admin uses "external Ad-Places", brought in by customers, for placing paied ads comming from Ad-Manager.

The most intention I have with that is not to gain money, but to find a way to get all of the small webmasters in, that sometimes have even big websites but no money for advertisement.
With that option, the market for Ads will get much larger, and mostly by getting backlinks we will get much more traffic from google and from other websites, so our own value in ads will increase.

What do you think?

All the best, Julian!
