Post subject: Fatal Error when linking articles to magazine articles pages
|
|
|
Whenever I choose to have
Articles should link to: Magazine article pages
in Settings, I get:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class html_content in /export/vhosts/love.mixbeat.com/www/hype/components/com _content/content.html.php on line 23
When I choose to have
Articles should link to: Regular content pages
I get no error.
Here is a link to my magazine page
but don't mind the mess, I'm just starting to play with it

Post subject: What's the purpose of this forum then ?

Can you believe this ?
I'm quite willing to file a ticket but I went on your ticket form
and you're asking for very sensitive information to be given to you
JOOMLA ADMIN, Ok, fine.
But, FTP INFORMATION as well ?
Can't you use this troubleshooting forum for what it's for ?
This is a very simple problem.
Can't link to magazine articles pages
I gave you all my system info.
Can you imagine if we had to give all this sensitive info away
everytime we need to troubleshoot a component ?
Come on people...
I'm not even allowed to give you my FTP info.
Forbidden by my system admin.
I'm quite willing to give you my Joomla admin info but that's it.
Thank you for helping.
A customer who paid for you component. |

You don't HAVE to submit your FTP info, but it helps to solve the problem in many cases when the admin info isn't enough. You can submit your admin info for now and if we need more info we will let you know. _________________ Merav
