Post subject: Backend editing function got locked out
|
|
|
I am running into problem not being able to edit any article/content items while log in as admin or publisher (backend). This has happened more frequently recently. Is this a known issue with iJoomla? Is there a locking function that locks everyone out of editing content?
Thanks

Bill, I only heard of such problem once before. When you edit content items, do you use the back button on your browser or do you click links on the magazine interface. It's better to not use the back button. _________________ Merav

Dear Merav;
Thanks for your prompt response.
In fact, I found a workaround but still don't understand the cause of the problem.
Here's the workaround for those who might run into the same problem with Joomla HTML editor, not with Joomla or iJoomla per se:
* Remove the WWW. from your domain name when login from backend. For example:
http://ijoomla.com/administrator instead of http://www.ijoomla.com/administrator. The former should allow you to edit content items properly.
