To anyone considering iJoomla Products, and especially iJoomla News Portal.
First off: iJoomla makes Excellent Joomla extension packages, and their service and support of what they sell is 1st rate and OUTSTANDING!
I have been using iJoomla News and their other excellent Joomla solutions since they were first available and I would be at a loss without being able to use any of them on my sites and my client's sites.
A few weeks ago, I found out that one of my longest running and popular sites was no longer working properly with Internet Explorer 7. I had just installed iJoomla Newsportal 1.0 v 24 and found that the menus were getting messed up in IE7. Since I was so busy I couldn't spend a lot of time on trying to resolve the problem. I posted a few tech messages to iJoomla, and in the past two days got back to dealing with it now that I have more time to devote to my site.
Today, when I checked my support ticket that I submitted to iJoomla a day ago, I found that Alin from iJoomla got back to me after checking into what could be the cause of the problem I was encountering with my site and IE7 messing up.
Alin informed me that the GMaps component that I had installed a few weeks ago was causing some problems with the CSS of my templates, and suggested it was an incompatibility issue with the GMaps component and that I should turn it off to see if it would fix the problems with IE7 and iJoomla Newsportal v24.
Sure enough, the GMaps component was causing the problems with my site and the most recent install of Ijoomla NewsPortal Component. PROBLEM RESOLVED!
I can now get my site back online, as a result of this excellent and most fantastic customer service and support. I THANK YOU ALIN VERY MUCH for your efforts to track this incompatibility down for me to help resolve this major site problem I was encountering.
I have been an iJoomla customer for about 2 years now and am a very satisfied customer. The iJoomla customer service and support is OUTSTANDING!
Every email I send in will get a reply within 8 hours. The tech support is always pleasant and willing to work with me on any issues that is within their scope. No issues is too small to them. I feel appreciated as a customer. On top of that, even though I have experienced some downtime on my site, I did not have a lot of time to focus directly on the issue until the past 2 days. That's not any drawback on iJoomla. I'm sure if I spent more time on this Alin would have found this issue a week or so ago.
iJoomla PRODUCTS are HIGHLY RECOMMENEDED for QUALITY - SERVICE and SUUPORT
I think everyone else out there who is looking for reliable Joomla extensions deserves to consider the superb quality products and packaging and service and support that iJoomla has to offer.
The iJoomla products are worth every dollar spent for my own sites and those of my clients. I highly recommend iJoomla as a! choice you will not regret.
I am pleased beyond my expectations. Anytime I have needed a question answered, the responses have been prompt, and thorough. If you're looking for a News Portal package, a Survey package, a Magazine package, a Digital store solution, look no further.

Hello!
I also must agree so many of us would be lost without the support they give us.
And support that cost us nothing when we buy the product.
That why I leave there advertising on my site as they deserve the credit.
Having dementia it often hard for me to do thing that other can do without even thinking about it.However I always found support staff and Merav easy to help me when evr I do need help even though they may of told me before they never get mad or snub about it and they just reply and help.
Not once did I not have any problem resolved in less than 25 hours.
That could explain why I always buy there product even if I do not use it the support alone worth supporting them.
If there was a place to nominate ijoomla as best support for joomla I be there voting.
Mind you I do it on joomla.org site

This is out of context from user base are all user paid member of a module component?
Reason I ask was send to you in a pm.
Was really upset to see all joomla component modules manbot template available for free.
