How can i do the followings

1. For each news or article entry, the author must be allowed to specify category tags (see this site for a tutorial: http://www.make-rss-feeds.com/rss-tags.htm ) and other RSS data when submitting these items. How this can be happened in iJoomla Portal.

2. When submitting an article or news entry through the control panel, the author can select which RSS feeds the news entry is placed into.
