Post subject: How do I make my issue show up?

Hello - My developer disappeared after I paid him and now I'm stuck not knowing how to manage an iJoomla site. My home page has "This edition not available". The issue has articles assigned to it and is marked as published. Can anyone guide me as to how to proceed from here.
