Why don't you submit a support ticket so we can help you? That's why we're here for. Click on "support" on top and register and then submit the ticket with as much details as you can, I am sure we can figure it out. |

You'll need to provide us with access information to your site, other wise we won't be able to solve this problem.
If after doing that you still won't be able to use the component we will be happy to give you your money back, but I doubt this will happen. |

I answered:
| Quote: | Im using Firefox 1.5.0.1 on Windows XP
i also tried with I.E
and Konqueror under Suse Linux 10
what can i do?
cheers |
I also tried on 2 different pc´s and 1 laptop.... still no luck, if i buy something i want to be free to use it, but if i cant i want my money back, it was logic that the support would tell that they dont have any problems, i dont care if support dont have problems editing, im the one who need to edit and build my site not support.
cheers |

Please don't delete this post. Please tell us how you solved his problem so we can all benefit from molok's bravery posting his issue. Besides it validates a speedy response and resolution from iJoomla support by a somewhat 'testy' customer.
We all struggle with browser issues. I have been unable to edit my Joomla site using IE with their new tabbed feature enabled. So much for standards...

Well the problem was not exactly solved, i have a fixed version for my site now, the problem is that i have over 4000 images in the images/ directory and this was causing a big problem with the component, the right side of the component was not loading, this issue will be fixed in a future version of this excellent component.

We had to create a special fix for Molok because of the huge amount of images. If you have the same problem, please open a support ticket and we will gladly help you. |

He had too many images on his media manager and the page wasn't loading properly because of that. 99% of users shouldn't have this problem. If you do, please open a support ticket. _________________ Merav
