Access Denied to update existing items

We successfully added new magazines and issues in those magazines. But when we try to update any of these content items we get and access denied error. This happens right after I enter to edit a content item such as an issue. Once I get this error I cannot click any of the action buttons on top (save, apply exit, etc.) and the item stays locked. I need to click "iJoomla Magazine" and return to the main menu to exit.

Global check out works to unlock these items but it does not resolve the problem of not being able to update any of the content them.

On the same page when I move my mouse over the WYSWYG editor I see the following error:
javascript:tinyMCE.execInstanceCommand ('mce_editor_0','Indent',False);

(the content in brackets changes as I am hovering over each button)

Any suggestions what I need to do to resolve this?

I believe the problem is with your HTML editor. Please install a better one, the default is not good. I recommend TMedit (free) or WYSIWYG Pro ($49)
