Post subject: Transparency issue in new version
|
|
|
Just upgraded to the new News Portal version and found that transparency in thumbnail images no longer appears to be supported. Everything that I had “doctored” up prior with transparent backgrounds now display a black background.
I assume that this is because the new version is generating its own thumbnail image and is not taking transparency into account where needed. Is there a workaround for this? Can auto thumbs be turned off? Or should I go back to the older version for now?

| Also, why is the Guild Cafe image so large when it is the same native size as all the rest? All thumbs are uploaded as 239x110. |

The transperancy issue will be fixed on the next version.
About the size problem, please open a support ticket, could be a small bug. _________________ Merav

Thanks. Will open a ticket now.
There is also another issue I have found and will add it to the ticket. This one is that the new NP version is displaying the wrong image for some of the articles. |

I will pass it along to our programmers and if it's a bug, they will fix it for the next version. Thanks! _________________ Merav

Juratef,
This kind of problem was solved in last package. If you have installed the latest version and the problem is there, please open a support ticket so I can have a look, to see why is doing like that.
Thanks,
Alin |
