Hi all,
I just discovered by chance you can publish your magazine issue as a Joomla static html page.
This is fantastic for those who do not want to implement all the other components or the mambot.
It means you can create any number of nice looking pre-populated content pages that look just like the home page would, but anywhere on your website. With the added advantage that you can include meta keywords and descriptions. And if you have SEF urls deployed, the title will show nicely in the browser address bar, all very good for SEO.
The page looks just like any other Joomla static page with create date, author, etc.
I think it can also br published as a normal section and category content page as well. I will let you know further in due course.
Let me know what you think of the idea first, before I go and publish how I did it.
If this has been done by someone already, then I apologize in advance.
