iJoomla New Loaded but not accessible in Admin

Hello,

I use the JA Teline and was uploaded before the iJoomla News Portal

I was able to upload the "com_news_portal_0_0_23.zip"

and it says the upload was successful.

Question 1:
Should the other zip file "mod_news_portal_0_0_08.zip" be uploaded also as a module?

Question 2:

How come I got the error message below, when I try to access the iJoomla News in the "Admin components"?

=> administrator => components => iJoomla News

1- iJoomla News Portal have 3 files:

- com_news_portal_0_0_23 (Install as a Component)
- mod_news_portal_0_0_08 (Install as a Module)
- iJoomlaNewsPortalManual (Manual)

2- Please describe your server configuration.
