Post subject: "Featured Article" to sit under magazine title on

Hi,
I'd like the "featured article" to sit under the magazine title on the home page - how do I go about placing the featured article module in the correct position?
Although I do see where it's possible to place the module e.g. user1, user2, top etc how do I find out which of those positions sits where I want display the featured article?

Change the position of this module to "cpanel"
and then open the magazine and enter in the magazine description the following tag
