Post subject: Is this possible?

Hi. I'm using v2 with the Rocketthemes Versatility II template (with the suckerfish menu option on). You can see our test site at http://www.threadsonline.net
I was thinking it would seem to be a good idea if we could use the horizontal menu with drop down categories fully integrated with ijoomla2.
Joomla gives us 'sections' 'categories' and 'items' and iJoomla gives us 'magazines' 'issues' and 'articles'. They sound similar!
If each major heading could be a magazine and the dropdowns 'issues', it would seem to be a better idea than what I currently am doing. (Items not required to be displayed on front pages would perhaps be archived.)
All this is only speculation on my part. Maybe I've missed something and it would be quite a simple matter to implement.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. We start populating the site with content soon so it would be better to make infrastructure changes now rather than later.
Love v2. Thanks to everyone who made it possible.

Richard,
You make a good point however the way you describe it allows less flexibily and control. The way we do it is allowing you to choose any content from any catgory/sections and use it on any magazine/issue.
Either way, point taken and this is something we've been thinking of for a while. _________________ Merav
