Title: upgrade installation article issues Post by: shackbase on April 12, 2008, 07:51:32 AM I upgraded to the latest version of Newsportal and it started showing the wrong (older) articles on the front page.
I had to use last nights backup to get it back to the right 'timeline'. The newer articles were still there but they were not showing up on the front page for some reason, any idea what would have caused this and how I can fix it when i reinstall the latest version again? Please go to "iJoomla News Portal Settings" and check if your flow order is set as "More Recent First". Let me know if the problem persists. Best regards, Title: Re: upgrade installation article issues Post by: shackbase on April 17, 2008, 01:51:35 AM Hi Ricardo,
yes, looking at the setup after the upgrade, it appears that all settings are correct and has not changed from pre-upgrade, I checked the flow order, category and section inclusion. All is as they should. For some reason my article category and sections are not included on the front page. I have reversed back to the previous version, do you have any other ideas? I could set up a copy of Joomla Views in a seperate directory from the live site and upgrade if you need me to do that.
