Title: .zip files

We use the digistore for .zip downloads from 35 - 65 MB. The files have been uploaded correctly but for some reason none of the files download properly on a MAC, (they only download about 3-5MB then stop, and only the smaller files download properly on a PC.
Please help as we have had to take our shop down while we sort out what is going on.
