Title: Questions about Featured Article, RSS1-3 and Module Positions 1-3 Post by: NativePages on May 06, 2008, 05:15:22 AM I finally got the RSS feeds to work on our homepage, but ONLY if I draw the feeds from three different domains. If I try to draw two different feeds from the same domain, it repeats the first feed for that domain in the second feed. Is there a fix for that?
Module positions work, but do two things - break the template (I can't seem to override the sizing controls) and the second is redundancy. To get them to work, they have to be turned on in the main template. If I create special module positions for them that are not part of the site template, will that fix this problem? Featured Article - this one isn't working for me very well at all. I got the first one to work by using a category ID. I can't get #2 or 3 to work at all unless I use a category ID, and then it overrides my second and third choices and just repeats the category from the first choice. Am I doing something wrong? Site is www.tanasijournal.com. Right now, the RSS and Featured articles are set up on the homepage only. Module positions are not set up at all due to the problems listed above.
