Title: Not all questions being asked

I created a test survey with 12 questions I want on one page. The first 2 questions show up, then a "Next" button which when clicked on, goes to the "Finish" page. So the last 10 questions are skipped. They are all "Published" and 8 of the 10 are "Required"

For some reason, without me changing anything, it is working. Yesterday for some reason the survey sent people to page 3 of the survey.

I tried it on 3 different computers and all three went to page 3.

Today, for the first time it worked for me.

I sent a link to a couple people to try. I am concerned about this since this is for a large client of mine.
