Title: Pricing stops at 999.99

Hi i have a bug when trying to set pricing for packages.

All packages that have been set above $1,000 appear as $999.99 regardless of price. If it's below $1,000 it appears normal.

please help.

For those encountering this issue, it's been fixed in 1.0.6
